User can extract meeting info from screenshot:

A built-in “Send to Ting” capture that automatically redacts/blur sensitive fields (or prompts the user to select what to hide),

Saves as a temporary/optimized file (compressed, auto-delete after X days, not stored in the main photo gallery),

Clear privacy controls (what’s stored, for how long, and who can access it),

Option to extract text client-side where possible (so only structured data is sent, not the full image).
