Ting could reach out to guests via WhatsApp for scheduling workflows - proposing times, sending availability options, and collecting confirmations/RSVPs (including “arrived / on my way” type confirmations when relevant).

Advanced Availability Customization
I am currently using OnceHub, and one feature I miss is the ability to set sophisticated availability rules without manually adding "Do Not Book" blocks. I’d love for the AI to inherently understand my preferred windows of availability.
